In any discussion of politics you must include media, the corporate structures that fund that media, and the corporate interests that basically fund our government and its leaders. This also ties in with a lot of information from The Future of Food which clearly links ties of many government leaders to Monsanto throughout the years. In effect, the government and corporate structures as so intertwined at this point that they are the same institution.
I think this leads us to some fundamental problems and crises with systems of government and business structures around the world. It also makes me start to think about more fundamental, theoretical ideas, related to the creation and distribution of resources. Carl Marx certainly comes to mind.
