I wanted to quickly post another quick image of our apartment. I posted this one because you can see Mt. Halla in the background. Most places you go on the island you can see the mountain peak. Since it’s been raining here a little, it really snows on the mountain. The days have been crisp and cold, the leaves are all changing and falling and Mt. Halla has been clean and clear and white capped.
So we’ve upped the ante a little, a very little. 
We’re now jogging about 4 miles and have added 1 hill with significant elevation. It’s all becoming easier and I’m actually starting to enjoy running again. We’re trying to aim for at least 3 times a week. We’ve already run Tuesday and Wednesday this [...]
So I’ve been running the new four mile loop and it’s just not giving me enough pain. 
Tomorrow I’m going to start an extended loop incorporating some of the first loop I did. The total distance will be right around six miles now. I’m aiming for doing it at least twice a week, that [...]
